This is my preferred “barbershop”. They are always very friendly and sociable. I almost always get in right away and they do a pretty good job, they even talked me into changing up my hairstyle which I am happy with. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityUnbelievably unprofessional, and not on time!!!! My stylist that I had an appointment with was gonna be ” AT LEAST AN HOUR LATE,” there was no explanation as to why, but I was told I could wait for her to arrive, uh, no thanks and I will NOT be returning to this salon. I have been a customer of theirs for many years and have never been treated this poorly, and to top it off there was no manager on site that I could of spoken to about this.So, I decided to call the Bryan Cost Cutter and spoke to their manager. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name but I believe she should go to the Defiance store and teach them how to be professional and how to treat people. This lady was super nice, very considerate, caring and understood my fruatrations, she even offered for me to come to Bryan and she’d fit me in, but unfortunately I’ve been up all night and am too tired to drive that far, but the offer was much appreciated. Came in at 5:45 to have a child’s hair cut and was refused services. BOTH stylists were sitting at their stations on their phones. Said they closed at 6 and it takes them 20minutes to clean up, again, as they were SITTING on their phones.
