Critical: ProfessionalismI ask for a cut for my grandchild and was told she was only one person. I was there at 11 30am l could not believe the attitude of this worker. I’m sorry for the poor staff you have I have had cuts there for years never again. Her name is Malia. To young and to ignorance is not a reason to be so rude. Get better staff or shut down. When I ask her no one was there she was standing at the mirror looking at herself. 15 minutes later we walked thru and she was still not busy and still looking at herself. I had the good fortune of getting Any as my hairdresser. She was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and then went to work. I got a great haircut and took advantage of their Tuesday special which was even better. Can’t recommend them highly enough. Thanks so much!!

Critical: QualityMy husband and son went here today, and both got the worst haircut ever. My son had patches on the side of his head and my husband’s was just plain terrible. Also the lady asked my husband if my son got his hair from him, after my husband said yes, the lady said poor baby. My hair was a complete wreck when I went into the shop. Amy performed some “magic” with color and a cut and I am so thankful and happy with the results! She is an excellent beautician and I will definitely be back!

I got my haircut a few weeks ago and it was wonderful but today my boyfriend went to get a haircut. He had been growing his hair out for months so he could have shaved sides and a bun on top. I come back to find the lady has shaved basically everything and cut the top very short. She was shown a picture of what he wanted and she began asking questions as she cut. He was to nice to correct herand didn’t have his glasses on and got a bad cut. Ruined our day because he’s very upset and we were planning on having a date after.
