The lady that cut my hair was very rude. After she cut my hair I told her she cut it wrong and she tried to fix it twice, that’s when I told her to stop. Then I asked how much it would cost for her to at least blow dry my hair and she told me it would cost me $20 extra. That’s when I told her to forget it. I paid $20 for a messed up haircut and a wet head. I do not recommend going there at all. This is the shop located by Kroger.

Could not even do a straight cut on my 7 year old the lady used clippers to cut her hair and nothing else so you can imagine how uneven it was, then blamed my daughter when her dad called up there mad about it, smh no customer service just unbelievable…..

We made an appointment with another place and got there and they was closed early this cross cutter got us in even though it was close to closing time they was super nice the cut was great and they made my daughter feel special. The place was nice and clean. Would recommend to anyone Long haircut

I tried to redeem a certificate I received from the library’s silent auction and the manager on duty Mary Coomer refused to honor it because she didn’t know how to put it in the system. She tried unsuccessfully to contact her area manager, who she said probably wouldn’t respond to her message over the weekend. She wasn’t very nice about the situation. I won’t be back.

Positive: ProfessionalismI recently had my hair grow coarse and curley. I was very anxious as what to do. I couldn’t even style it. I walked in and told the manager to cut all this fuzzy curl off.
