Got a much needed haircut tonight and my hair can be a task and a half. Gala was my stylist and she did such a wonderful job! She was so personable and exceeded my expectations! Incredibly friendly and I enjoyed my time spent there. I will definitely be back!

Showed the stylist a simple Mohawk with some zig zag lines cut into the sides of my sons hair and her nor the other stylist were able to confidently do it. They admitted that they weren’t confident, which I respect, but the stylist that did cut my sons hair ended up cutting his ear with the clippers. He said that he was afraid the lines would hurt after that and he no longer wanted the lines. She also never apologized or even acknowledged that she cut his ear… She dabbed it with a paper towel and looked around to see if anyone noticed. She seemed less than confident in even doing the Mohawk, my son is only 5, but he was very still and listened well to what she instructed him to do. We probably won’t be back here for other hair cuts.

very disappointed. took my two year old their for his first hair cut. and the lady was very rude about and flat out acted like she just didnt want to do it. she flat out refused to do if i couldnt guarantee he would sit perfectly still the entire time. So we left and went to hair topix where he taken very well care of and the lady was wonderful with him. and he sat perfectly still for her. I will never use cost cutters again.

Website said they opened at noon. We drove almost a half hour and arrived at 1230. They were not open. We waited another half hour and no one showed up to open. A gentleman also waiting told us this is common occurrence, they open and close whenever they feel like it over there. Will not waste my time again.
