I’ve been crying for a hour. I came in today for a cut and I thought it would look way different then it needed up looking. Very disappointed and will never return again. Better off finding a salon. The length is okay. It’s the layers I have a issue with. It makes my hair look thin!

Amber and Crystal are the best. I have been trying to find someone to cut my hair how I like it. I even tried to cut it myself and i couldn’t find anyone to get my cut right. A friend told me about Cost Cutters so I tried them out. Perfection at Its finest. Plus the atmosphere in the shop was very welcoming.

I have had the worst time ever I would love to share before and after pic plus the redo I had to go get immediately at the cost cutters on starlight by ms Karen ms crystal had no skills in color or highlights it’s my sister and mines bday she paid 366 dollars for our hair and mine was the most and in looked horrible it was brass and orange I haven’t colored my hair in 5 years and it was the worst experience I have ever had if I can upload the pics u would understand I went to get my hair done at 10 am at 2 the hairdresser was asking her coworkers what went wrong that she didn’t know what happen she even asked me what kind of medicine I’m on that could be the reason for her not knowing how to color at 2 clock I left went straight to the cost cutters on starlight and ms Karen redone my hair and did the best she could to fix crystals disaster I would like to have a full refund on my part of the bill I’m not giving up on getting this refund I will go to social media and anywhere else if I can’t get this resolved thank you I would love to share the pics on here
