The lady cut his whole head the same length, down to less than half an inch! No fade whatsoever, no length left. My son is very unhappy with it! This place doesn’t even deserve one star! They advertise $10 cuts on Tuesday, so I went in on Tuesday for a basic cut, a bob (all one length, just below the ears). When the girl finally gets to me and asked what I was there for and I told her, she added numerous things that I didn’t ask for or need…all of a sudden the price went from $10 all the way up to $75.00! That is so “false advertising”. I will never go back and I do not recommend this establishment! Went to Fantastic Sam’s and got the cut I wanted at a great price!

Walked right up. No waiting at all. Stylist was very professional & did a very good job. I can’t give up my regular barber but now I have a place to go when BOB is on vacation. I tried Fantastic Sam’s yesterday but they took a lady ahead of me that didn’t even sign in so I walked out & ,now I have options so I will never be back and their hanging American flag is hung backwards. I told them everytime but they will not correctly hang it. SO SAD.

I’ve been before and actually received a good haircut and enjoyable experience. I’ve also been and could tell they did not want me there .Tonight was the last visit I will make. 530 was the actual time, they said they were closed since it was 6 and then proceeded to tell me that their clock said 545. Just tell the truth. And I’m usually a good tipper, especially that close to closing. Fantastic Sam’s from here on out.

Went in for a fix from a previous styling. Cut was suppose to be an a-libe bo stacked in the back but the back just looked bad. The lady at cost cutters fixed the back perfectly and then another stylist with bright red hair steps in to “help” and ruins they style by layering the entire thing. I tried so hard not to cry. Don’t recommend for anyone who actually wants a style done

Went to Paris, TN cost cutter in order to get a hair cut. Well the lady that was gonna cut my hair said she didn’t know what I wanted. When she finally figured out what I wanted, she barley cut any hair off. I had to tell her 3 more times to cut more hair off. Well, my neck should have been shaved cause of the hair cut I got. Well I’ve gotta ave my husband take the clippers and cut the long hair off my neck. These ppl are here for the money and definitely not their customers. Gotta find somebody who’ll cut my hair. Never here again.

Oh Boy couldn’t wait to rate this place 1 star only because I couldn’t put 0. So hear goes. I walked up to front of store asked if I could get my son’s haircut. I know the nerve to ask such a difficult question. Told “I would have to call to set up appointment. So I attempted to ask did she think I could make one for today since she worked there she might have insight, but again SIR YOU WILL HAVE TO CALL. So I look up number then call the number the phone 10 feet from me Ring’s if I hadn’t seen it with my own eyesI wouldn’t believe it. Guess who walks up 4 feet over and answers phone that’s right the one and only “I ain’t got time to talk to you” we’re literally looking at each other. I was stupified…… I would cut my son’s hair with a weed eater before I would contribute 1 dollar to her or that business.
