It was gapped and unevenly cut all over. At least 6 inches of my hair was just gone. She tried to cover her mess with a smooth-in product. A second stylist the next day tried to fix the disaster but was unable. My hair is ruined. It will take about three years to grow this out to acceptable proportions. She needs to find another career. I took my grand daughter in yesterday at 4:15 for a shampoo and trim. She said that they closed at 5 so there may not be time to blowdry. It took her 5 minutes to shampoo and 10 to comb and trim. This woman was rough at the shampoo station and combing my tenderheaded grand daughter’s hair. Charged me 22.50 and we left at 4:35. She had plenty of time to blow dry her hair. We WILL NOT return there
