After waiting an hour, being skipped 3x and with an appointment, I was told we still had to wait. They even acknowledged that we had been waiting after seeing our check in time. Basically they didn’t care so after being good customers in other states for years, took our business elsewhere. #terriblecustomerservice

Cost cutters is not the proper name. 19 bucks for a 5 minute hair cut. I normal pay 10 at a shop in town. I will continue to go to the 10 bucks shop. The lady was fairly nice and shop was clean. No wait because 1 other person was their. My cut was only average.

Not only did the lady make it obvious she did not want to cut my sons curly hair by literally taking 15minutes to sweep up hair from the previous costumer, while watching the other stylist hoping she would finish first and if that wasn’t rude enough she walked around the bathroom and back of the salon another good while before rolling her eyes and coming to call his name. When she did finally cut it…. It turned out HORRIBLE. His hair was crooked, uneven, she didn’t do it as short as we had asked… just a complete mess. I understand not everyone is comfortable with curls but if you’re not please just say so. Don’t take chances with my 8 years head. (Also she talked so quiet I could hardly hear her & she didn’t smile the entire time we were there).
