My boy is 6 years old they charged $17.00 for his hair cut just because they used sheers . if they didnt used sheers it would have been $13??? That’s the only problem I have with them they charge extra when you cut your hair with sheers. And if there in a hurry they rush threw your hair cut and pieces are not even I had to trim some on my husbands hair.

Critical: QualityI loved the lady. She was nice and very open about what she could and couldn’t do. But the 2 light blond colors are what I asked for bangs, and then color. And when she was done I didn’t get a style because I had my kids with me. But when I got home I styles it to see what it looked like and I was very displeased. My hair is WAY shorter on one side, my bangs were completely uneven. I loved the lady. She was nice and very open about what she could and couldn’t do. But the 2 light blond colors are what I asked for bangs, and then color. And when she was done I didn’t get a style because I had my kids with me. But when I got home I styles it to see what it looked like and I was very displeased. I love going to this Cost Cutters inside Walmart. The place is neat and clean and the staff is friendly. Be prepared to wait unless you call ahead since they stay very busy with a lot of walk-in clients since they are inside Walmart. I’ve been a patron for over 20 years.

I had been going to this Cost Cutters off and on for years but not again after yesterdays experience with the stylist who cut my three year old’s hair. The girl who cut his hair had a attitude with him and talked to him like he was older. She rushed through the haircut and was rude to him if he moved. But the icing on the cake was when I saw him wince and thought he was just tickled by the shaver, I went to pay and saw big deep scratches on his neck. I brought it to her attention and she got another smug attitude and gave me her name and the corporate number without so much as a I am sorry or is there something I can do to make it better. I know accidents happen but her attitude was awful. I called corporate and got a refund but I would have been satisfied if she had dealt with it better. She (Karlie) needs some people skills when it comes to toddlers and for that matter people.
