I always enjoy my visit to this Cost Cutters as the shop is clean, the staff is friendly and most important they do an excellent job. I especially enjoy their discount Tuesdays where a cut is currently only $14.00. I can get a cut and leave nice tip for my stylist for under $20.

I would give it a 5 star because they are really nice and do a decent job. My first haircut was messed and one side was longer than the other- basically it wasn’t what I wanted. I called 4 days later and spoke with managers who was nice and said they would fix it. When I get there I’m told I have to pay again??? What? It should have been how it was suppose to be the first time. I had brought tip money for the new lady who was going to fix the mess up. I can’t believe the manager tells me they will fix it then when I get there they say I have to pay for the cut. I should not have had to pay again because it should have been right the first time. I was very nice about the WHOLE thing. The mess up. The paying again. I just think that wasn’t professional at all. They should give me a free trim for that in the future although I’m sure that won’t happen because it seems like money is more important than customer satisfaction. Anyway, Talia fixed my hair and did a great job. They all do a great job even the lady who messed my hair up a bit. She did my fiancé’s long hair the day before and did great. I’m not complaining at all. I just think I shouldn’t have had to pay for the fix but it’s not a problem. This is a good affordable place to get hair cutt!

Got a haircut today and paid $16.99 plus a $6 tip only to find out that I ended up with a $2 haircut. Didn’t shave the back of my neck, or cut around my ears. Won’t be going back to cost cutters. Very unprofessional!! !!!! Haircut

They are doing a great job abiding by covid guidelines and restrictions they did a decent job cutting my 3 year olds hair for a fair price in seem to be pretty patient in doing so they are also one of the very few places that sell milkshake products these days.

Not only did the girl mess up the top of my eyebrow, but she got a huge glob of wax in my freshly styled hair… Then she proceeded to use oil to get it out, ruining my style. She also refused to give a full refund. Won’t be going back and highly DO NOT recommend!

I was the only customer there and the stylist still rushed my whole haircut, I have long hairs all over my head so she missed ALOT of places! I paid $16 plus 4 bucks for a tip and I still end up cutting it myself! Here’s a tip…SLOW DOWN AND TAKE YOUR TIME PLEASE!! If you can’t take your time and do your job the right way then find a different career. I’ll never go back that’s a fact!
