A woman named Becky did my hair today, she was very nice and straight to the point/knew what she was talking about. Critical: ProfessionalismPOOR customer service! Scheduled an appointment online for hair color then once I arrived (on time even 5-10 minutes earlier) she said she cannot do it and I needed to be re-scheduled, I agreed to be rescheduled. Then the second time I came, another lady was there, I was just 4 minutes late (rushing from work) and the lady insisted she waited for 10 minutes and then she had to take another customer. I even pointed at their own clock that it is just 1:04 and my appointment was 1 pm. I also gave them my phone number, at least she could have called me to say not to come anymore because she will be accepting another customer in “ 4 minutes”!I was just giving this place a trial due to my regular hair salon has backlogs in scheduling but I was very disappointed!!!!I will never comeback to this place again!!!POOR customer service! POOR customer service! Scheduled an appointment online for hair color then once I arrived (on time even 5-10 minutes earlier) she said she cannot do it and I needed to be re-scheduled, I agreed to be rescheduled. Critical: QualityMy wife took my son here and he received the worst haircut he has ever gotten. His trim around his right ear was way up in his hairline and today we noticed that the edge up on his front right side of his face was one straight line from the top of his ear to the top of his head. Not to mention the “stylists” did not ask me about cutting his sideburns off so they were completely gone and were taken off way too high in my opinion!! Not sure if she was new but my guess is by the looks of his hair she was but regardless you should not enter this field if you cannot do what I believe is the simple things like this that are required of a stylist. My wife took my son here and he received the worst haircut he has ever gotten. His trim around his right ear was way up in his hairline and today we noticed that the edge up on his front right side of his face was one straight line from the top of his ear to the top of his head. Well it was up to her shoulders thinned out not layered. Her dad had a fit. Never going there again. I thought customer was always right but not here.
