Never again. They butchered my son’s hair cut and he was literally sitting so still for them. It was a young girl who seemed a little clue less. They all thought his hair looked great and I couldn’t see him good because he keeps moving once he’s done. (2 year old) I take him to the bathroom to change him and I sit him down and just about died. I got it cut for family photos and I shouldn’t of done it. It’s funny now but at the moment I was so upset, thank God it’s just hair. His bangs going across his face are extremely crooked. Like a bowl cut gone wrong. Just a very bad job. My cousin is a professional hair stylist and so is one of my friends and I texted them a picture. They flipped out so it wasn’t just me. It was a simple trim he was supposed to be getting and also the price is a joke. $21 to trim my 2 year olds hair!? Heck nooo. I would avoid at all cost.

This place and the employees are fabulous. It has been hard to find a good salon to cut my sons hair. My baby is mixed and not all can cut his type of hair. Then add the autism into the mix and it is a whole mess on cut day. Bit these ladies go above and beyond to make him feel comfortable and even smile during his time with them. I make it a point to take him there and if we can’t get there he don’t get cut.. I highly recommend this place… I wish I could give them more than just 5 stars

Went to Cost Cutters to get a haircut. I stood at the front waiting for at least 5 minutes and no one would wait on me. A lady was cutting a man’s hair and noticed me but never made an effort to assist me. She was busy, to be sure, and may have been the only stylist there. At the very least she could have told me to come back later. This Cost Cutters has been going downhill as the quality of their haircuts has gotten worse. And they keep raising their prices as well. As of today, l have taken my business elsewhere. I wouldn’t even rate them one star, but unfortunately it’s the lowest rate they have.

I’ve had some less than perfect cuts from here, thus the four stars. But I just got an excellent cut which I’m very pleased with. A nice layered a line bob. I told the stylist about how my hair usually behaves and she did a great job working with my hair type. It’s really a very nice cut! This is the first time in years I haven’t had to “tweak” an inexpensive cut once I got home in years. Nice customer service too, and they were busy! Thanks so much!
