I have been going to this salon since 1992 when it was under another name, and located next to Food Lion in the Longwood Village Shopping Center. I have NEVER, I repeat NEVER, been disappointed! I have had many different stylists cut my hair over the years, and each one has done a superb job. Lisa and all the stylists are friendly, courteous, and polite. Well as the bangs dried they got shorter and shorter and they now sit midway between my eyebrows and my hairline. Terrible cut by an inexperienced stylist. Sent emails to company that went unanswered. Tried to post a review on the local salons Facebook page but it doesn’t show up. This is by far the worse place I have ever gotten a haircut at. For six years I have cut my own hair and as a result know the typical areas of the head where mistakes are made. The individual who cut my hair made numerous mistakes in these areas to the point where I questioned her professionalism. When I kindly asked her to fix these regions, she not only failed to do so, she also displayed a horrible attitude. From the very beginning of the session, she had already displayed a horrible attitude. However, it quickly escalated when she was forced to do her job somewhat decently. In the end, I was forced to cut my own hair back home.
