I walked in to a empty salon.. I raised my voice and said HELLO.. I waited a few minutes and finally someone appeared. I was immediately met with a confrontational attitude.. Do u have a appointment. I do but I also need a child’s cut. I was told it would be a 2 hour wait. Monica responded with a attitude.. just because we’re empty doesn’t mean we don’t have appointments booked. I can’t tell you the countless times I’ve walked into this salon ..empty and told they can’t get me in. The majority of the time it’s just for a boys trim that takes 15 minutes tops. It’s not what you say ..it’s how you say it. I feel like I’m inconveniencing them by even coming in. I’ve seen staff come and go but the few that stay seem to set the tone of the business. This business provides a service that requires customer service.. don’t give bad customer service because u have a job u obviously hate.

I would NOT recommend this place.. I had an appointment at 5:00pm and there was a lady who came in so both hair dressers had someone on there chairs but when one of the ladies was done she took the customer instead of me because she knew her and I wasnt taking care at 5:30. But the girl who took care of me was nice but when it was time to do the eye brows she said she likes to take her time to do them well guess what she DID HORRIBLE they are way off.. when she was washing my hair she asked how I wanted my haircut and I told her bob since I already had it I told her short on the back and the sides just fix it well she did the back good but the sides are way to short and one side doesn’t match the other side.. I will NEVER NEVER GO BACK.. People please avoid going there you will REGRET NOW I HAVE TO START OVER AND LET ME HAIR GROW SO I CAN GET IT FIXED…

Came in for a perm on 11/28 (have had perms once a year ever since I was a kid). Was specific to the stylist (Summer I believe was her name) about what I wanted the curls to be like, and even showed a picture. The curls came out WAY TOO LOOSE; no difference to my natural waves. The perm has lasted less than a week (I did not wet it for two days and only shampooed my hair for the first time since the perm YESTERDAY 12/2). Workers were a bit aloof–and even gave a wrong price estimate.

I have had one hair cut and since then have not been able to go back. Everytime I call even 2 hours before closing they are ‘wrapping’ up for the night or go into an empty salon and they are too busy. Pretty disappointing. Haircut

I used to wear my hair pretty long, but when the COVID caught up to me Christmas day, I was hospitalized for a week. Not having a comb or brush my hair matted pretty good – no hope. I found a place to take care of it. That place was Cost Cutters. The young lady that cut my hair knew what to do and did an excellent job. I would recommend Cost Cutters for your next hair cut.
