This was my second time here and both times I was immediately greeted and was asked to have a seat my stylist would be with me shortly. Within 3 minutes Dawn came out to personally greet me and led me back to her station. Dawn did an amazing job on my highlights. The highlights were blended amazingly well. I will definitely be back!

I made my appointment online for a simple haircut, arrived on time and was told the stylist was running behind schedule. She asked me to come back in 15 to 20 minutes. I was not very happy about that but did because things happen sometimes. When I came back no one acknowledged me. I sat there for about 15 minutes before the stylist said it probably be another 10 minutes before she could take me. So I sat and waited another 15 minutes. She was still not finished so I told the woman at the desk I couldn’t wait anymore and I left. No one even apologized. What is the sense of making an appointment? Getting your hair done is supposed to be pleasant and relaxing but I was getting frustrated and angry sitting there. I will not go there again.

I made an appointment last week to have my husband’s hair cut. He’s been taking care of his Mom (out of state) the past few months and after her passing he desperately needed a cut. I looked at a few reviews and they were pretty decent. They ended up butchering his hair! It looks like they put a bowl on his head and just cut in different layers. Totally unacceptable!!!
