The reason that I am giving this salon a three-star rating, cost of services. I understand that due to the state of our economy, one must increase the cost of services that are provided to consumers. However, if you are going to, for example, increase the cost for touching up a client’s hair color, perm/Wave Nouveau, in my opinion, the cost of a deep conditioning hair treatment should be included for the services listed and not a separate fee!
