Since covid I didn’t know you need an appointment for most places now. The girl on staff was so rude and talked to me like I was an idiot. Little did she know my partner is in the hospital and I was trying to feel better by getting my mind off of things. Don’t support this business.Don’t waste your time.. They emailed me and asked me to rate, probably should not have done that. I already had reviewed, but now changing from a 4 star to 1. Entire staff turnover regularly, last few times definitely not good cuts, must be new, have to wait every time someone calls or comes in so the the one employee there out of the two answers or takes care of the customers. Some of the employees are super nice, some are miserable, some listen, some don’t, some know how to cut hair, some don’t. Doesn’t matter they probably will not be there the next time. That has been steady over the past couple of years. Used to be the same reliable staff, but has certainly gone downhill. I actually gave them way more chances than I should have. Unfortunately not going to go there any longer. They asked for the review….

Is there less than a star to rate? Should have know what I would get going to the mall for a haircut at 8pm. I ended up telling the woman to just stop and that I wanted to leave halfway through. To her credit she offered to have her manager fix it but it was too late. It was at simple men’s haircut cut and I would have been better off cutting my own hair in the dark, with nail clippers. If the Cost Cutters gig doesn’t work out for you I’m sure the Brain Surgery wing at Geisinger will be hiring at some point.

The first girl who cut my hair was Ashley, & I showed her a pic and I was very adamant with everyone there that if they can’t do it do they please don’t cut my hair. She cut my hair nothing like how I wanted but of how a pic she showed me that she liked afterwards. Then idk why I attempted to go there a sec time but the lady who cut it the second(I think the manager), samething showed her a pic n nothing like it! She gave me the soccer mom cut, the John n Kate plus 8 cut! If you can’t cut a persons hair just by a pic then don’t cut hair. It was worse than the first girl! Never again! Thank god my hait grows fast

Stopped by for my Easter haircut. Gave them my name and then sat there and watched people come and go. A man sat next to me, they took his name and called him before me. After that I walked out. I have been here probably 5 times before for the $10 Tuesday or whatever it is they have. It’s time for me to find a real barber and give up on this place.
