Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI am partly satisfied on my recent visit, After waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time, I asked my hairstylist , Ashley, to layer my hair like she did six months ago and I thought she did until I got home to find she only cut the back of my hair. I guess I should have looked better before I got out of the chair. I probably not return to the salon anytme soonI would like to thank Tina for doing and awesome redo haircut for me today. I love it and I will make sure to visit you again when I need another haircut. I am partly satisfied on my recent visit, After waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time, I asked my hairstylist , Ashley, to layer my hair like she did six months ago and I thought she did until I got home to find she only cut the back of my hair. I guess I should have looked better before I got out of the chair. I probably not return to the salon anytme soon

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueMalaina the Stylist that I had is professional and very good at what she does. She always knows what I want and does an excellent job. Only thing I wish would have been better was being on time. I had a 12:30 appt and wasn’t seen until 1:00 bc she was finishing up another client. I understand things happen, it just would have been nice to know since I had the appt made few days ago if it wasnt going to be on time. It’s better to be 10 minutes late than a half hr late when the client had the appt made days ahead of time. It also would have been better to acknowledge it to your client when I arrived that it wasn’t going to be on time. No one explained that to me except I could tell myself it was going to start later since she was still styling a girls hair. Granted my stylist did apologize to me before she started on me which I was glad for. I had a 12:30 appt and wasn’t seen until 1:00 bc she was finishing up another client. Critical: QualityTerrible experience. My son’s hair wasn’t what I asked for. Kept telling beautician that I wanted shorter but she didn’t comprehend. Smart style fixed his hair. We will no longer go to cost cutters again.Service: Haircut
