She’s sweet, professional, does a great job. Always has a smile on her face. My oldest has anxiety and trich where she pulls her hair. Bri keeps her calm and fixes her hair so nicely and makes her feel it’s all going to be ok. If your looking for a nice place to get your hair done stop in at cost cutters in the price rite plaza and book with Bri. She’s sweet, professional, does a great job. Always has a smile on her face. My oldest has anxiety and trich where she pulls her hair. Bri keeps her calm and fixes her hair so nicely and makes her feel it’s all going to be ok. We can’t rave enough about her.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy daughter had an appt at 5pm for a cut & curl (for her Homecoming), which we walked in on time for. We were told to have a seat and the stylist would be with us shortly. After a 20 min wait, the stylist told us it would be just 5 more minutes. She then started work on a man who accompanied his girlfriend there (who had a slew of services done). His haircut took 15 more min. So, after waiting a total of 35 min PAST our appt time, she finally calls my daughter back. But before she begins work on her, she tells her 5:30 appt who has walked in, that she won’t be too long. She then tells my daughter she’s only gonna dry cut her hair and not wet it down first because she simply doesn’t have the time to do so. After the cut, she moves onto curling her hair. When it comes to checking out, she throws on ‘extra charges’ due to the length of my daughter’s hair. It took everything in me to hand her a cash tip (out of professional courtesy). Listen, if you want an experience where you: 1. Have a half hour wait PAST your appt time. 2. Have your stylist make it blatantly known she’s gonna rush through your services b/c she’s so far behind and it’s almost closing time. 3. Be overcharged for subpar results. Then this is the place for you. My daughter had an appt at 5pm for a cut & curl (for her Homecoming), which we walked in on time for. We were told to have a seat and the stylist would be with us shortly. Critical: QualityWe would not go back. It seems to be new owners or managers same great stylist staff. They new people wanted us to tip them not the our hair stylists. We could give the a cash tip, or we could use our card for our hair cut and a separate card machine to tip on that would charge us more money as well. We would not go back. It seems to be new owners or managers same great stylist staff. They new people wanted us to tip them not the our hair stylists. We could give the a cash tip, or we could use our card for our hair cut and a separate card machine to tip on that would charge us more money as well. We walked the tip to the lady who provided great service and left never to return.

The staff was polite and professional with all the patrons coming into the salon. I hope the new remodel is as cool and stylish and these young women!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been to this Famous Hair repeatedly and had bad service. Every person I have had cut my hair has done a decent to good job which is nice, but the attitudes and behavior of the staff is appalling. I have argued repeatedly with employees about the length and style I want my own hair cut. While I accept the knowledge of a hairdresser, if I want my hair shorter that is my business. Not to mention that they are understaffed and had to turn me away when I came 2+ hours before they closed because the one girl was overwhelmed and too busy. When she turned me away she did not apologise or express anything other than the fact she wanted me to leave the business. Every person I have had cut my hair has done a decent to good job which is nice, but the attitudes and behavior of the staff is appalling. I was surprised that I was charged $15.75 for my buzz cut. Then, since cash was not being accepted, I had to use my card to give a separate tip. The minimum tip was $5 which was fine, but I was charged an additional fee due to using a card. This is unacceptable. TI should not have been charged for a scissor cut, plus I should not have been charged a fee for the tip when I had no other option.
