Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI took my 2 sons in to get a hair cut on 10-12-2021. They ladies asked what they wanted and they told them they want fade cuts. The girl got started on my first son and she shaved his whole head bald.The second lady starts on my other son and did not do a good fade cut at all. So she gets to his bangs and cuts them very un even and now he has a bald spot on the side of his bangs. Positive: ValueI made a last minute appointment and am very glad I did! They were training a newer stylist while I was there but both she and the woman helping her were great and very professional, but fun and personal. They did a wonderful job.Service: Haircut

Critical: ProfessionalismLet me start by saying I have gone here several times in the past, and never had any issues. After today, I won’t. I walked in just after 4:00pm to get a haircut, I keep my hair short so I could’ve been in and out in 15 minutes. I also work right down the road but live in New Castle, so I would stop there to avoid going back out again after I got home from work. When I walked in, there were 3 ladies working, and one customer. One of the ladies was helping the customer, and the other two were sitting in the back of the shop talking. I was asked by the lady working if I had an appointment, I didn’t so I said no. I was then told “we’re all booked up until 6:30 if you’d like to come back then”. For a haircut? While 2/3rds of the staff were sitting around and talking? So I said “no thanks, don’t want to interrupt their conversation” and walked out. I walked in just after 4:00pm to get a haircut, I keep my hair short so I could’ve been in and out in 15 minutes.
