Critical: QualityWalked into New Castle state street location at 940am Tuesday Nov 16th. I sat for about 5 minutes inside with no employee around. Finally someone came from.a back room holding a laptop.and said it would.be another 20 minutes as she was on a conference call with corporate. I told her I was in a hurry and if she could take me.as it was unprofessional as the business hadbeen open for 40 minutes already. She refused. I was told I could wait or leave HER store , I told her to F off and drove across town to the Shenango location 10 mins away. The lady there said there was no corporate call this morning and that they both had the same regional manager who was off that day. She cut my hair , came out great.
