Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI came in for a shampoo and haircut around 7pm, and Tina was great!! She was super kind and understanding that I was incredibly nervous about getting my haircut at a salon. I have naturally curly hair and have had some rough experiences with other salons in the past, which resulted in me trimming my ends at home for the longest time. Keeping up with cutting them felt like a hassle, so I finally decided I was going to get them cut at a professional salon, and Tina was honestly incredible throughout the entire process. Made it feel super welcoming and comfortable, made sure to consult with me about every step, and was super thorough about making sure I was happy with the end result. I came in for a shampoo and haircut around 7pm, and Tina was great!! She was super kind and understanding that I was incredibly nervous about getting my haircut at a salon. I have naturally curly hair and have had some rough experiences with other salons in the past, which resulted in me trimming my ends at home for the longest time. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI paid for a shampoo, cut and style. I asked for specific cut which I didn’t get. The person cutting my hair was apparently hungry and therefore I feel wasn’t really interested in cutting my hair. I can go out in public as my hair isn’t horrendous it’s just not even close to what I asked. Basically she just cut some hair off the bottom and her styling consisted of using a diffuser for about a minute on each side of my head.. terrible experience and I would not recommend. I paid for a shampoo, cut and style. I asked for specific cut which I didn’t get. The person cutting my hair was apparently hungry and therefore I feel wasn’t really interested in cutting my hair. I can go out in public as my hair isn’t horrendous it’s just not even close to what I asked. I hated to start looking for a new hair stylist after all the years with the same person..Well, one door closes and another opens as I was lucky to find Tina..She is friendly and outstanding with hair coloring, cuts, styling and eyebrow waxing.
