I went in for a haircut, literally the easiest haircut there is why besides completely shaving it bald. I got a level 2 clipper all the way around, crew cut, and it was completely uneven and even somehow left a bald spot on top of my head. There were so many hairs left longer than the rest I got home and my wife was like who did that to you. She said it looked like a child did the cut. Once I looked closely I agreed, then recall she didn’t offer me a mirror to look over the cut or ask if it was ok. She was like all done and that was it. Now I see why. My wife called to complain only to find out it was the manager, Megan, who did this to me. She offered to fix it but how are you fixing a bald spot and I’m afraid it will be made worse at this point. It was so unprofessional to let me walk out of there without even apologizing let alone having me pay and accepting my tip. Accidents happen but owning your mistake in this case would have gone a long way super disappointed as this is the closet place to my home and we take our kids here.
