I have always had pretty good luck with Cost Cutters in the past, but I will never go back. I gave light brown hair that is beginning to gray in the front. I asked for brown all over color with a hint of red and blond highlights. I aldo asked for an eyebrow wax to just clean them up as I like the shape of my natural brows. My hair ended up bright orange and my eyebrows ended up super thin send uneven. I left feedback on their survey that was emailed to me and asked to be contacted. I have not heard from them at all.
