First off, The stylist was very friendly and pleasant. However, she had four people booked for a haircut at 3:30 p.m., consisting of three men and one woman. Each haircut took less than 5 minutes. No shampoo, and she didn’t even touch the top of my head, only the sides, so really I got half a haircut, for $25. It really wasn’t a terrible cut considering it was done in 5 minutes, but this is certainly no way to build clientele, and pretty easy to see why a few of the other locations have closed. I would imagine this is cost cutters policy and not that of the stylist, but that’s only my guess. In response to the owner, my haircut was August 9th at 3:30 p.m. that you’re Binghamton East location on broad avenue in the Weis plaza. The appointment was under my name with my phone number. And as I said there were four people scheduled for 3:30 p.m.

Over price. My hair dresser spend literally 5 minutes with me and I had to pay $20.99 I gave her $25.00 I was waiting for my change and she just said thank you. That will be the last time I go there. Remember that the word of mouth is the best advertisement
