Do NOT go here!! Asked to donate 10inches, she cut off 14 (measured hair that was cut at home,) didn’t evenly cut it, just threw it into one ponytail in the back and “sawed it off” (as they put it.) Asked for my hair to be cut even but because they cut my single ponytail I now have a reverse bob, they ended up cutting off 16-17 inches of my hair when originally I was expecting 12 because they had to fix the damage done isn’t the first time I’ve had a REALLY bad haircut from here. Just save your money and go elsewhere, PLEASE. Plus this location goes through hairstylists like CRAZY! Also- when I asked the hairstylist what type of shampoo/conditioner I should use for my type of hair, they told me that “all of them do the same thing which is to clean your hair.” And then told me that there’s specific types of conditioner for dyed hair and for adding moisture. I had specified about how wavy/curly my hair is, never got a response back. Super unprofessional, and the day I had made an appointment they said they “accidentally overbooked themselves” so the entire thing was rushed (accidents happen, but this is why we make appointments in advance.) I was booked up for a cut and wash, asked if it’d be okay to blow dry it after and was willing to pay the extra money, but they told me no because they had other customers.
