Critical: Professionalism, QualityI called today to make an appointment for my son who has received great service in the past. I requested and appointment. The girl on the phone rudely told me they were booked for today. I asked for another day. She was rude and told me they were booking very far out. I asked her to look in the computer system and see when the person that last cut my sons hair would be available….she told me she couldn’t get into the system because she was “counting the till”. I asked for a manager and she rudely informed me that the manager wasn’t in. I asked her “do you want to book appointments and receive business?” She responded that she just “couldn’t help me”. I’m SHOCKED at her lack of customer service. I understand having a bad day but if you can’t accommodate and use kindness….there is a problem. I called today to make an appointment for my son who has received great service in the past. I requested and appointment. The girl on the phone rudely told me they were booked for today. I asked for another day. She was rude and told me they were booking very far out. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityJacklyn cut my hair a few weeks ago and was wonderful for what I wanted. I had awful dead ends but I like to keep my hair long so she worked with me to cut off what she could to improve my hair’s health but still doing what I wanted. I booked a second appointment to get highlights and an added tonner. Jasmine was super nice and talked with me while doing a wonderful job with figuring out what was best based on what I wanted. Jacklyn cut my hair a few weeks ago and was wonderful for what I wanted. I had awful dead ends but I like to keep my hair long so she worked with me to cut off what she could to improve my hair’s health but still doing what I wanted. I booked a second appointment to get highlights and an added tonner. Jasmine was super nice and talked with me while doing a wonderful job with figuring out what was best based on what I wanted.
