The hours aren’t updated so I’ve been trying to call all morning only to drive there and find out they’re closed on mondays now. The online booking doesn’t work anymore. The manager doesn’t listen to customers and doesn’t treat her employees well. I actually had to take my son back to get his hair fixed after him seeing the manager because she kept telling us how short she felt he should go and then left it very choppy. The employees are wonderful but honestly this hair salon has been nothing but a hassle to contact or book with.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityOn a Tuesday I walked in asking for a mullet and the lady working said that she didn’t like them and that there was another stylist better suited to do it who wasn’t there that day. I booked an appointment for the other stylist for the following Friday. Then I go in Friday, my appointment was for 12, I went in around 11:55, the stylist had told me that she couldn’t do my hair because she had a walk in color come in like forty minutes prior. So I’m like uh what I have an appointment she said something along the lines of eeeesh yeah I can’t fit you in sorry, how about in a few hours? I said I had to work and she asked what time I got out. Then she asked if I had booked online and tried to blame something on that even though I booked in store with her coworker.
