I normally love this place and the girls especially just coming in for a wash and blow out, they are usually great. But, made an early appointment for an important day and I arrived and the doors were locked, no answer either. After waiting 25 minutes and calling I gave up. Please do not allow people to book appts if you guys aren’t gonna be there. I then even came back and asked for a style and the girl said she couldn’t take me until 3 hours later. Please fix the appt system and honor them , I want to come back!

Critical: ProfessionalismMy first time in this place for my little almost two year old boy. This was his second haircuts since he is born and he was pretty upset and he was crying. Our hair dresser was patiently taking care of him, but there was another one that while she was taking care of my husband, kept coming to check on us and being very judgy from the beginning because my son had only two haircuts in his life. In the end she blamed me for my son being so afraid. I walked away with unfinished haircuts. I feel bad for the girl that served us ( I payed her for the service and tips even if she didn’t want them) but the owner was the worst. My first time in this place for my little almost two year old boy. This was his second haircuts since he is born and he was pretty upset and he was crying. I’ve had 3 cuts at this establishment. The first (Dollie) was good, the second (not sure but think it was Niyah) was a good cut too but just not what I’d asked for. I’ll take the blame for that as I may not have been clear with what I wanted. The third cut was horrendous (self-proclaimed hairstylist extraordinaire” – not Dollie or Niyah) – I’ve had a hard time thinking of another cut that was this bad. The whole cut was rushed even though I was the only customer in the store at the time. If I do go back I’ll be sure to avoid this particular stylist.

Walked in for a haircut. One person working. I was told I came at the “wrong” time. She then laughed at me as I walked out as she basically said she can’t cut my hair as her and her other client were talking. Complete disgrace .

First time going here. Was able to easily book an appointment online. Niyah was wonderful and did a great job. Was in and out in about 10 minutes. They require masks to be worn and conduct temperature checks upon entering to ensure the health and safety of all clients.
