I went in there and asked for a haircut, I showed her the picture 3 times, she cut my hair super short and nothing like the picture and I was genuinely disappointed and upset, and I didn’t even know she was cutting my hair too short because by the time she even let me look in the mirror she had butchered it, on top of that she was very rough and yanked the comb through my hair, and was very rough. I know she knew she messed up my hair because she was trying to convince to do something other then what I had wanted and got upset when I told her otherwise. When I had come back to ask for a refund she was very rude and told me she knew I’d come back and complain, and of course I did, she did what SHE wanted with my hair instead of what I asked and then her and another stylist proceeded to try and gaslight me and tell me that this is the haircut I wanted and said that it’s because my hairs wavy and the picture was straight. There is a significant length difference. They wouldn’t give me the managers number and we’re really rude it was astounding how awful I was treated. I would not recommend this place for anyone, not even for being a cheap place for haircuts. You can find a place that’ll do better for much cheaper.

I don’t mind paying $$ for a haircut, what I like most is the convenience of not knowing when I can be there, so I kinda pop in. Everytime I’ve been there on a Sunday morning, the one person I trust to cut my hair is always there alone the 2 other girls show up 45-an hour late, so then I’m waiting because she’s trying to do everything. I know they get paid according to how many people’s hair they cut, but I’ve am so disappointed with my haircut and color, it’s rushed and choppy. And the sad part, is the stylest is great, but I’m not paying $100 for my co-workers to stand behind me and point all her mistakes, how embarrassing

First time going there and they were nice, but my cutter spend half the time on a phone call, which was about personal situations not professional, and the other half cutting. My hair wasn’t even blended well, which I found out after I left because it was the back and she never let me set it, didn’t ask if it was ok, didn’t ask if I wanted a wash, just walked to the counter. So, buying my own cutters and doing it myself from now on. This world has become lazy

This update is after giving this salon another chance after our first attempt was so bad. WELL…. this time it was worse. My sister and I made appointments to have our hair styled at the same time and were excited to do something fun together. Well, that opportunity was ruined shortly after we waited and told them who we were, etc. The girl who finally came over looked bothered, and she could not even smile. She started to lead my sister to her chair and I could tell my sister was trying to warm her up. I said to my sister as she was walking that I wasn’t getting my hair done there by such an unfriendly person. The girl gave me a dirty look and walked away. I wish I’d gotten her name because I would love to give her the kudos she deserves, but I know she has been there a long time, which is disappointing. Will not ever try again. PLUS, their prices are not that cheap. Such a high price if you add on a blow dry, it nearly doubles the price. Not okay. She was downright nasty, unwelcoming, unfriendly and My sister and I went into Cost Cutters about six weeks ago to get a trim. We waited over 5 minutes at the desk. There were 3 women “woeking”. Not one of them even acknowledged us. None made eye contact. No ” hello”. No ” we’ll be with you in a minute”. Nothing. When we finally walked out, no one even called after us. Worst customer service ever!

The stylist we got was rushing us even thou the place was not busy. My teenager was made to stand for her entire haircut. My daughter showed her the length she wanted and the stylist asked are you sure your hair is so pretty, so my shy teenager changed her mind and asked for just the dead ends trimmed. On the ride home she complained that she had wanted her hair shorter because she only wears it up anyways and it is pretty heavy. Now I have to take her somewhere else tomorrow to get the cut she wanted. My cut was ok and because I am confident and repeated several times what length I wanted despite her questioning my choice, but she did not ask where I part my hair or any of the usual questions which I thought was odd. I felt she was rude, pushy and abrupt.
