I got a wash and bang trim. I used to cut hair professionally before changing professions. We were always taught to really scrub the scalp and wash it twice. Not roughly, but enough so the client feels they recieved a through good cleaning. Today, I couldn’t even feel her washing my hair. It’s irritating. I don’t think she even got the back by my neck. Terrible wash. I pay to have my hair and scalp feel clean and hairdressers just don’t know how to give a good shampooing!!!!! I sometimes can’t reach to wash my own hair, so I really am looking for a through shampooing, but never receive what I need.

My stylist seem to have limited English. He pretty much did the opposite of what I asked. I wanted longer in the front with the back shorter and layered. This place horrible! Took my mother here. They legit cut her hair then said sorry, we can’t style this. I got another client. You only scheduled a hair cut the woman told her. I’m like really. My mother didn’t even pay till after the hair cut and in cash. They didn’t make time for her and my mother was on time. Woman always change there minds. They must of never had a woman decide to have it styled and cut. Oh ya just cut this yep and leave it, don’t make it look good we just cut it even though you have the money. She wasn’t asking for a perm or anything just make it look good. Unbelieveable! We will be going somewhere else.

Haircuts are expensive, staff is way overbooked, you’ll get an okay haircut most of the time. I got stuck waiting 40 minutes for a haircut I had an appointment for twice in a row, I don’t think I’ll ever go back.
