Hair stylists don’t show any initiative to acknowledge customers who are waiting patiently to get their haircuts. Making an appointment online didn’t mean anything after arriving. Still waited a half an hour when arriving for an 11:00 AM appointment. Poor customer service all around.

Honestly the haircut was the cutting of hair. I could have done a better job cleaning up the Mohawk I’ve had for years now on my own. What I asked for was simple, what I got was haggard if not just garbage. I paid, I tipped! Never again!

Went in for a trim , hair dresser was friendly and nice. Only issue for me was they didn’t ask if I wanted my hair styled or at least blow dry the client’s hair after washing it. So they don’t get sick going out in the cold with soaked hair . Nice workers other than that .

Don’t make an appointment online, because they don’t acknowledge it. Costcutters should at least post it on the website that they don’t use this service. I made an online appointment, went to Cost Cutters and was not greeted when I came in. When they finally spoke to me, I told them I had an 1130 appointment which I made online. They basically told me I didn’t have an appointment because they don’t use the online app. The stylist said she was fully booked and could not do my hair. She did ask me if I wanted to make another appointment but the way it was handled was horrible. Poor customer service and not very friendly.

My son had a great experience here, and his hairdresser did a wonderful job. She took the time to make a 4yr old comfortable, and even let him check us out at the computer. She had a customer waiting but still gave him his time, and not once did she rush.

I scheduled an appointment with the next available hairdresser and went in 5 minutes prior to the scheduled time. After waiting 25 minutes AND watching a person who walked in without an appointment, get taken back to a chair, I decided to leave. Why do they even have a scheduler if they dont adhere to it? I found that incredibly rude and unprofessional, wont be back.
