Rita is the real deal !! I got a bad haircut at a different salon that cut my hair pretty short. I read the reviews for Rita on here and went in to hopefully salvage my hair. Rita listened to my concerns, talked through my options, weighed in with her experience, and then FIXED my haircut !! 🙂 and she had very little wiggle room since it was already short. I had a horrible experience. The person there had no idea what they were doing and messed up my hair. It’s patchy in some spots, the back corners not trimmed correctly. She didn’t even ask me if I wanted the sideburns trimmed. Didn’t clean up any of the edges. Didn’t fade anything, like I asked. She seemed disinterested and just in a rush to get me out of the door, even though there was no one else waiting. Supposedly she has been cutting hair for 18 years, but this is the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. It looks terrible. I had to go to a different place just to clean up the hack job they did. I’m never going here again.
