I arrived at cost cutters on 10/25 and to my surprise, I had walked in about 8 minutes before closing. The lady there was a little hesitant about continuing with my cut because my hair was extremely out of control and she was on a time crunch and I was in preparation for a interview that afternoon, But She took it upon herself to get the job done and she sure did! We had a nice conversation about life’s ups and downs and she was very accommodating to how I wanted my cut throughout the whole thing. She stayed there above her time limit when she didn’t need to and it’s appreciated. I have been here for awhile and I receive excellent service everytime! Thanks

Went for a pixie cut and it was quite possibly one of the worst haircuts I’ve had. I showed her a picture of ME with the cut I wanted and got nothing close. If you have curly hair this is not the place to go. She cut against the curl pattern and it’s all different lengths with minimal blending. Staff was friendly and the stylist did ask how she could enhance the cut but I won’t be going back.

Salon staff seem helpful when you first come in and you meet them. Then as my sons hair was getting cut ( which took over an hour ) I listened to the staff talk bad about another employee the entire time which I thought was very unprofessional. It appears that these employees need more training in customer services and they have a lot of growing up to do. Professionalism is very important in every job. Also hair cut turned out to be choppy looking with hardly any difference. If you want a really good hair cut go else where !

I am a loyal 4 year customer for myself and my son. On sundays they close at 2, my son and I walked in at 1:40 PM, 20 minutes before they close and was told we couldn’t get a hair cut. As a small business owner myself I accommodate my loyal customers and would expect my staff to do the same. This us obviously not the case here so we will be looking for a new place to get my hair cut. Haircuts are just average here, I liked the service but mostly the convenience. There are plenty of other places in town who would appreciate my business.

If you want a quick haircut and you just wanna quick clean up, it’s ok. They must hire people with little experience. I took My Son there a few times cuz the barber he likes is usually busy, Cost Cutters just doesn’t do exactly what he asks for, they never go short enough. If you want a fade or specific style. This isn’t the place to go.
