Very disappointed in my experience. Went to a salon in Lunenburg Ma. For a trim . Checked prices online. 12.95 sale and regular price 14.00. They wet my hair and trimmed it. Literally took 6 minutes .When I went to pay they charged me 24.00. Double the advertised price. I SHOWED THEM THE PRICE BUT THEY WOULDN’T HONOR IT. LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER.

Critical: ProfessionalismI had an appointment Friday at 6:45pm. Which was confirmed. Got to my appointment and they were closed already. When Monday-friday there open until 8pm. My mother and I brought my son here on Sunday January 26, 2020 and we were very pleased all around with the experience! We walked in and there was nobody waiting so we got right in. My son is two and it was his first cut so the woman was a little hesitant due to him being so squirmy but she got it done in between wiggles, we changed chairs twice and switched him from myself to my mother and back to myself.
