I don’t think people realize how awesome cost cutters really is for women to go get a haircut or hair color or blowout… I used to go there in the past two years to have my hair bleached by Joey who doesn’t work there anymore and he always did an amazing job… When he wasn’t there I would either see Sarah or Grace who are both amazing women super friendly and have such a craft at their job!!

Grace does a wonderful job cutting my hair! She is so nice and easy to talk to, and she is such a genuine person. Grace really listens to what you want to have done and is very knowledgeable and experienced! I would highly recommend her as a hair stylist. And you cannot beat the prices here. She cut my hair during the pandemic. They are keeping the salon sterilized and limit the number of people right now, so call first for an appointment for the time being.

Waited an hour and a half after being told I didn’t need an appointment for just a haircut (and being told half an hour wait when I got there). The hairdresser was nice but missed big chunks of hair that I didn’t see until I got home. Would have gone back to have it fixed but I didn’t have another afternoon to spend there so I ended up just cutting them myself. If I wanted to do that I wouldn’t have gone to have my hair cut by a “professional”. Will never go back and don’t recommend you do either.

Worst customer experience ever!!! I’ve been coming here for many loyal years and today I was so disrespected. I made an appt Wed. and never heard from them as far as confirmation, then I call on the day of the appt and they tell me the online does not work so you need to call, they set it straight for an appt this afternoon, I show up and I’m told that my assigned hair cutter left and there is nothing I they can do…I won’t ever return and I’m extremely disappointed because they did good work. I arrived and showed them a picture of what I would look like and it 100% different and I felt bad that I didn’t like it and that it was completely different from the picture but I told them and they did it again for me and it still looks Awful and nothing like what I wanted. They are very nice but my hair looks horrible and now I have to pay more to get it done again somewhere else and I am extremely distraught. They also left stains on the back of my shirt from the hair die. This is a good place for a nice cut but not for getting your hair colored

I went around January and I got a nice cut with layers and Emily was my hair dresser. She did great. However, I went again a few weeks ago and I asked for Emily but she wasn’t there so the hairstylist named Jen did my hair. Jen was really nice but honestly she messed up my hair bad with horrible layers… I’ve had layers for years never had a issue but these layers from her nooooo I’m ready to chop all my hair off I am very disappointed and upset! Never coming here again. My hair looks terrible.

I have gone here for years but today a cutter coughed on my head twice and I asked her not to do that again and all she could say was that she wasn’t sick so don’t worry about it. A small child knows not to cough or sneeze on someone and if you do, you don’t do it a second time-disgusted-especially during flu season!!!

My advice, call ahead to make sure or just go somewhere else.

Critical: QualityI have been going to cost cutter for 2 years over the last 3 months I have felt the staff has gone down hill ….. If I was looking for getting my hair cut at a school I would do so . My grandson got a stylist that looked and acted like she was high on drugs….
