Cosmospa Nails

Critical: QualityAfter making an appointment it still took 20 minutes to get a pedicure. After said pedicure in which the tech was really sweet, my cuticles and heels are not properly done, you can still see dead skin, as well as I didn’t even get a proper massage nor my toenails properly cut. Then we went to a nail tech in which we were late for work but my boss already knew, and instead of listening they complained about how they need 2 PLUSHOURS to do a pedicure and set of nails. Never in my life has it taken 2 plus hours, an hour plus some maybe but 2 hours, not to mention the fact my nails look absolutely horrible. They are un even, look like they have been growing for a month, lumpy, acrylics absolutely all over the place in my nailbeds and now they are lifting. Its barely been a week. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the woman who did my pedicure was really sweet and the prices aren’t terrible, but definitely not worth the money i spent nor the amount of time wasted to have to get a new set done in less than 2 weeks.After making an appointment it still took 20 minutes to get a pedicure. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI absolutely LOVE THIS SALON!I came in with a BRAND NEW set from a different salon and I hated it. The whole set was uneven, the tech cut my culticles, and the color stained my skin.Lin did his best job trying to cover up the mess! Very welcoming, So so sweet cosmospa definitely gained a new regular customer.
