Yesterday (07/15/17) was my first and last time visiting this nail salon. The salon was suppose to open at 9:30am. I got there at 9:25am. However, the 1st worker didn’t get there until 10:00, which didn’t do me any good since I was there for a refill and gel polish but that particular worker didn’t do refills. Needless to say, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the 2nd worker to arrive. After waiting 45 mins for the shop to open & a worker that could do refills, it took an additional 90 mins for her to finish my nails. The worker was extremely, extremely slow and every single one of my fingers ended up with a cut around the side/cuticle from the way she filed them…and this was after I asked her to ease up and be careful. It also did not look like I had just gotten a fresh refill & polish (see pic). Also, from the time I arrived at the shop (around 9:25) until the time I left (about 11:45), not one other customer came in. It was just me and the 2 workers. That should have been a red flag right there. That’s unusual for a Saturday at any shop. The only good thing that I have to say about the shop is that it was very clean and they had a nice color selection of polish.

I’m literally sitting in the chair as I’m getting my pedicure. I knew I should’ve walked right past this place but because I was in a rush I stopped. I’m getting a gel pedicure which is $60. Now on the board it says $50. I point that out and she says ok. She started on my feet taking the old gel polish off then proceeded to tell me the scrub machine is and extra $10 so you still trying to charge me $60….. never again!!

This salon is wonderful. They are always available to take me when I walk in for a manicure or pedicure. It is clean, they have a lot of color choices, and they do not rush you. The ladies who do my nails do a very nice job and they will fix it if you’re not happy with it. They give you a massage after the service which is great. I would definitely recommend this place to my girlfriends. And to the person two posts below me, what kind of person finishes the service and doesn’t leave a tip? You’re right, its not mandatory but if you’re not happy with the service, just ask the lady to fix it. They are all very nice people who work there and they really do their best to keep their customers happy.

My friend and I went to get our nails done here earlier today. This is not worth the time or money. There are a number of other nail salons in the area that are better for the same price. My friend and I both got French manicures. The tips on my manicure are completely uneven. They are lopsided and all different thicknesses. I pointed out a couple that were especially bad and she fixed them but then forgot that she had fixed them and so she put clear polish over wet polish and smeared my entire nail and had to re-do it. I had gone to the other Cosmos salon about 6 months ago and had a really good experience there but now I won’t be going back to either.

I loved it! They were so friendly and nice. I got a manicure and I’m definitely going back there, they not only did my nails amazingly they gave me a warm towel for my neck and even rubbed it a little and massages my hands with lotion when they were all done. I felt like the service was above and beyond, I’ve never been to a salon this great. This place is fantastic and you should go!

I was in town visiting for a friends wedding and weary about going to another manicurist because I am such a perfectionist.However this place was just as good as my nail salon in Philadelphia, PA and the pedicure and manicure lasted close to three weeks. Amazing place, recommend this place to everyone!Great service!!Excellent craftsmanship and service!
