I came here to try this place out. I usually go to Syracuse Nails and Spa. Personally, I didn’t like the treatment Cosmos have towards young black women, I don’t value being rushed or treated with poor quality treatment because of my age. There are no trendy designs here and the cheap powder polish will eventually snap off in 3 days. I tried this place twice and from both experiences I received poor quality. I also don’t like the unprofessional employees asking for me to take free pictures for my Google review and to falsely lie about safe environmental practices. It is my job on Google to provide honest experiences. My nails are completely damaged and needed a month to recover, which is not normal. Check out my other reviews to find another nail salon in Syracuse. However, this experience will also go on Local Guides Connect. Thank you for reading.

I see Thin every couple of weeks for dip nails. She is hilarious and fun to talk to. She always makes me feel special when I am there. Highly recommend Thin to all of my family and friends.

The entire staff is great here. Have had my nails done from a few of the girls there. I’m bad with names, which is why when I call I just tell them to book me with whoever is available soonest. But I knew the first time I walked this would be my nail place! Friendly people and are skilled and pro at what they do.

I went their for dip manicure And gel pedicure. My manicure was done by Jing jing was spot on 5 star.On other hand my feet is so dry and uneven nails with sharp top and Edges and uneven polish which look so dull and smudge for gel polish. I had to tell my technician 3 times it’s not paint completely. My nails was handle so ruffle cuticles are actually red. I didn’t have this experience before then this since I have been visiting this location since 6 month. Completely blown away by this experience. I am skeptical to go for pedicures now.
