Critical: QualityPlease, Do not go here for hair coloring for sure and possibly not hair cuts. I called ahead to make sure I got a good quality colorist. I believe I spoke with Marisela. I told them I did not want my hair to turn Orange because it is common for hispanic hair to do so. So, it ended up turning orange and blonde and light brown and did not cover all the gray near my hairline. I notice that some hairs were sticking up at the top like they were burnt up. Ruby said they are not sticking up. ??? How could you say something is not true when it clearly is true? The sides were choppy and she said it was a styling technique. She tried to make it a smother edge but if she would have cut anymore it would have turned into bang’s. I showed pictures at the beginning with dark brown hair and light brown highlights and it came out with bright blonde and orange hair all over. I was stunned and paid my $200 including a 20 % tip. The next day I called back and they said there was not a manager there and they did not know the owners phone number. Then when I explained further the issues, they told me I could call the next day and the mgr would be there. I called back and they said they manager would call me. Never got a call and its been a week exactly. I don’t have time or energy to chase down this issue. I’m out $200 and trying to wear my hair in a pony tail so its not as noticeable.
