Absolutely fantastic! My nails were looking sad and I stumbled across this place. A gel acrylic fill was $50 and they were super meticulous. The salon is really clean with tons of colors and everyone there was so friendly and shared food recommendations since I was passing through. The glass of white wine was also much appreciated. I love how they turned out!

I recently moved to dc and needed a place to get my nails done. I came here because it wasn’t far from where i live. i asked for a removal of my last set and gel x long stiletto nails. I left with medium, un properly shaped stiletto nails, with a crooked pointer finger nail, and uneven paint coats. to top this off i was charged $70 for something that should’ve been $45 ($55 if i you include my take off from the prior set) I am extremely upset. Ive had some pretty bad nail sets but this is definitely the worst.

I came here occasionally up until today. I made an appointment and everything and still had to wait which I did not mind. That was until it turned into 30 minutes which I told the lady I would step across the street and grab food and she couldn’t rush me out the door any faster. I come back 15 minutes later she isn’t ready no one else is ready and no one acknowledges me. About an hour of waiting I’m told to sit at one of the stations but still no service. I see the same lady walking offering everyone something to drink as I sit still waiting. About 75 minutes later as she is taking new customers I ask her how much longer since I had an appointment, she rushes past me and says “well everyone had an appointment.” I have no idea why I have to suffer because they over schedule and aren’t direct about the wait times. Now I have wasted my time with this unprofessional business. I do actually recommend mimosa salon they are more welcoming and more organized.

I was a repeat guest because I love their work but it’s wildly disrespectful how long they make certain people wait for service. I had a 6 day work week and just wanted to get my nails done on my one day off that week so I called and asked if they had availability and whoever I spoke with on the phone (short hair, always looks stressed) told me to come in at 3. I came in at 3 and sat for TWO HOURS without anyone even soaking my nails off. It takes like 5 mins to do the soak off and they have on multiple occasions stopped doing my nails in order to do this very same process or other things for white women who got there after me.

I arrived to the nail salon to get a manicure and a pedicure and while I was in the middle of my appointment, the manager told the nail tech that was working on my nails to stop and go help a white woman who was complaining about the long wait. After having me wait for over an hour, I complained about the unfairness but she continued to gaslight me and tried to make me pay for a manicure that was never completed, the acrylic was never even added. Never coming back again !
