I went there today and the lady in there was working on another customer and told me to come back in an hour and even took my number. She told me she had no other clients and I would be next. When i can back in an hour not only was she still working on the same client she had another client sitting in the chair with her feet in water. I asked her is she ready she said “oh no I’m not I still have another pedicure” I told her that she told me to come back! Otherwise I would’ve went to another location, she said ohhhh you want to do acrylic and feet and they just want pedicures and I’m not done so you have to wait another hour!! After that I just left…. If she would’ve been honest i wouldn’t have waited and found someone else. Smh never again!!!

I went there to do my nails yesterday and it is poorly and two of my nails fell off and doesn’t even feel like the who did my nails put glue on it. She didn’t do how I wanted it to be done. If I can give a 0 star rating I would. Yeah I will not be going there anymore. Worst spot to do nails.

If I could rate this business a 0, I would. I walked in yesterday for the first time with my best friend. The place was completely empty except for 2 employees. We ask if they could do 2 pedicures. They said yes. We sat down and waited for 15 min for someone to come over to us. One woman approached in broken English and asked what pedicure we wanted. We selected one for $55 each. They didn’t have half of the options for the water that were advertised and so we settled on one that they did have. She puts the option in our water and gets started on my friend. No one came for me. I waited another 15 min and asked what happened to the other woman but this woman didn’t understand me. So I decided I wasn’t getting a pedicure and sat with my friend as she got a terrible pedicure: cold water, no scrubbing, no massaging, BAD filing to where her toes r jagged, sloppy polish. As her toes are being polished, a new woman arrives who is breathing hard. She explains the other woman got sick and she had to drive to us. She went as fast and as she could. She kept apologizing and said she would at least paint my toenails for free. So I let her, trying to be understanding that things happen. After she polished my nails, she walked away. We sat to let our nails dry for a few and got up to leave. The woman stops me and says a polish change is $10 and where is her tip. WHAT? Are you joking? She explained that they did the best they could and still deserved to be paid for their time. We walked out paying $80 after tip for 2 non-pedicures and a bunch of BS after an hour. We will NEVER go back and would not recommend. They clearly do not prioritize the customer experience. They should have communicated better, provided a better service, & done right by our situation. There are too many other places to ever give them another chance. Now I know why they are always empty.

Hanna made me feel so welcomed the first trip that I visited her again coming from Cleveland OH. Very talented in all areas. I received a mani/pedi, brows, and lashes. I’ll definitely come here again the next time I’m in ATL.

Critical: Punctuality, QualityI am giving this place a 2 star rating because first, my wait to get them done was a VERY long time. This doesn’t really matter, but they need more staff. I wanted regular nail polish acrylic(costed 30 dollars) but, while I was getting them done, my dad came in and decided to pay. The cashier told him 50(+5 for the tip), she overcharged him. I didn’t like how they overcharged him. Also, the lady CUT my finger using the nail file. It hurt very bad, and still hurts today. But, it was an accident, everyone makes mistakes. She also kept taking calls while she was doing my nails which I think made her loose concentration. Overall, the nails they did on me, in my opinion, are not worth 50 dollars. All of the nails are different lengths, widths, heights, and she left nail polish on my finger when she could’ve easily taken that off with nail polish remover. We also called them the day after I got them done, to talk about what happened, and they literally hung up the phone. They didn’t try talking with us at all. VERY poor customer service. The positives of this salon is that the lady was VERY sweet she kept me entertained. I went to this place to get a manicure and pedicure. This is the worst nail salon have been to. The wait was ridiculously long. I had to wait an hour even though they only had 2 customers. My nail polish started peeling the very next day. My mom and sister who also got their nails done the same day, their nails also peeled the very next day. The nail polish they use must be some very cheap nail polish. I would not recommend. I will not be going back to this nail shop.

I made a appointment at 3:30 got there in time and they put people ahead of me that got in later they also worked really slow and totally ignored me, this isn’t the first time this has happened. if I could rate this a 0 star I would, I’m not happy about this.
