Go at your own risk the prices seemed decent everything seemed okay until I get there personally I feel ripped off at this place they told me it was 40$ for long nails that was perfectly fine the nail tech cuts to a size I like and was doing my nails in the middle of doing them she tells me that she wish she could keep them longer but she needs to cut them down more she cuts them down a lot more they look more like short/medium nails I also felt like I was being hustled into gel polish when I told them multiple times that 40$ is all I had on me then I was switched to another tech so she could paint them she only wanted to do one coat of paint I told her I wanted 2 I asked her if there was a miscommunication somewhere and asked if these were their long nails she said yes and that short nails would be like her nails which were her natural short nails painted this is when I knew I wouldn’t be returning here the nails are cute but I feel ripped off on the length . I mean maybe I’m mistaken or had higher expectations but please someone honestly answer this do these really look like long nails ?

Positive: ProfessionalismEDITED AFTER ANN FIXED MY NAILS AND EXPLAINED TO THE NAIL TECH WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE SET SHE APPLIED. I am very satisfied with the customer service I recieved. Ann did an amazing job on my nails and conveniently, squeezed me in as a walk in after work. I was impressed with how Ann explained to the tech why I wasn’t happy, and how to correct her mistakes, even showing an example on another clients hand. Great managerial qualities in my opinion. I would love for Ann to do my nails again. They are beautiful!HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! I came in to remove my full set, put a new full set on & a pedicure with acrylic fill. My nails have absolutely no apex at all. They will probably break within a couple of days. The nail tech hit me with the drill more times than I can count & made my cuticles bleed. The design is somewhat what I asked for. Although I left with way too much gel polish on my skin.. I will NEVER go here again! $120 down the drain. Polish buildup on my toes, didn’t shape them properly. Price kept changing and while I didn’t dispute that my nails were horrible! No I don’t want to ask for Ann just because she’s the ONLY one who MIGHT do good nails. Never ever again Acrylic nails, Pedicure

My first time coming in today and I’m very happy with my service and the work I received. I showed the nail tech a reference picture from instagram and she did it!! I noticed the lady that was doing my nails was going thru a learning process and was guided by another tech the entire time. I think she did a really good job and this says a lot to me about how they strive for great results and keeping the customer happy. I left a big tip to say thank you! and I will be coming back to the same lady❤️

I like this place Ms. Moon does my nails and she is very meticulous about it. I tried another nail shop but quickly returned to Cosmo after my gel polish chipped within 2 freaking weeks! The young lady at the other salon told me that gel only lasts 2 weeks. I don’t know who she thought she was talking to but I’ve been getting gel off and on for well over a decade and never have I ever had my polish chip even after wearing it for more than a month. Ms Moon at Cosmo nails does an amazing job. That other salon is garbage. Hey Ms. Moon!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityTERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLEi came here a while back to get my nails done before a trip and usually i don’t go to nail salons to get my nails done because i tend to have bad experiences, but this was by far the worst experience i’ve ever had in a nail shop !1st i got a pedicure and i had a mask that was pretty weird looking but it was cause i left mine at home and the workers made it obvious that they were laughing at me, honestly it didn’t really bother me but it was very unprofessional.2nd it was extremely expensive! i went to get a fill and they charged me around $50… my original set was $45 from my nail lady (my nail lady gave me design with that price). not only was my FILL expensive, not even a day later my white nails turned yellow! even my toes! i’m sure they use expired products on me, i wanted to comeback and show them but i had a trip that lasted a week so i couldn’t. my nails weren’t even the right shape !3rd there was a lot of miscommunication which i would’ve looked over but because of this terrible experience i couldn’t, when i was getting my expensive fill i asked if i could do more than one color and the lady completely ignored me and gave me all white she didn’t try to listen or understand my requestthis was my first time at that shop and was extremely disappointed, i wish i never gave you guys a tip !!Services: Acrylic nails, PedicureTERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLEi came here a while back to get my nails done before a trip and usually i don’t go to nail salons to get my nails done because i tend to have bad experiences, …More
