Got my a gel manicure and regular pedicure. Next day noticed that one of the finger nails that was polished had a chip in the polish. Returned to cosmos. The owner said something in their language to the person that originally did the manicure and then laughed and said it hadn”t even been 24 hours. They fixed the nail and I left. Then the following day I returned again because the same thing was happening to another nail and was told to “come back because there were people waiting”. I ended up not returning and will not return. They are nice and all, but the second time when I returned I should be given priority as I was inconvenienced twice. Then to make a comment about it not even being 24 hours. I understand they can guarantee these types of services, but it is clear to me that the polish was not applied as it should have been. I deserve a refund.

I tried the salon today after reading wonderful reviews . Nini did my nails and they look beautiful. She was very patient and made me feel relaxed . I have been cut many times with the tools so i was nervous trying a new nail salon . Nini made me feel so relaxed and listened to what I wanted her to do. Received a dip powder manicure and the lady did not file my nails and dipped them once. I was in and out within 20 minutes. She did not spend time on me and just wanted me out. She did not put a finish coat on top and they weren’t gliding when I touched them. They were a weird texture. I called back and she hung up on me. Avoid this place.

What a lovely salon and experience. I came in tonight without an appointment, and I was welcomed and seen with little waiting time. Jenny, the owner, did my classic mani/pedi. She was kind and did an awesome job. This is definitely not the last time I’ll come here! They’ve only been open 16 months but they have a great business already. Clean, comfortable and relaxing with calming music. Great prices too!
