Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’m usually not the type to write reviews but I want to give others a heads up so they don’t waste their money or their time. First my niece just got a manicure and they said I had to pay adult price because she was over 40 inches or something, I told them there was nowhere on the prices where it states that . My niece is still considered a child, and she wanted blue and green and they just painted blue. also the lady kept telling me time to pay and I told her there was nail polish all over my toes and i mentioned my toenails were long if she could at least file a little she was looked at me. she asked me to pay and I told her about the nail polish she told me just let it dry. She sighed and just walked to the back , I could of did a way better job myself. for the price I had to pay and I just received basic nailpolish not ever gel way to much when they don’t even know how to do a basic pedicure the service I received was very disappointing. I took a guest in to have a pedicure for her birthday, I had never received a worse experience, the lady who did my pedicure basically pretended to file my nails, she only put lotion on one leg with no massage, she finished with the most miserable experience I’ve ever had. Then the tech sat in a chair across the room and didn’t even offer to help me put my sandals back on. Guys I went in there with the happiest heart full of joy and was completely deflated. I do not recommend this salon to anyone. The management was not interested in my unhappiness. I paid my bill and left unhappy. This was my experience! I hope yours will be better.

Ask for Ken if you are getting a full set! He is the best. I never liked getting nails until I came to him because they would always break or look bad after a week and a half, but Ken does an excellent job and my nails are sturdy and beautiful up until 3 weeks! I highly suggest this place to anyone in the area 🙂
