I definitely didn’t like it. I tried to remove the nail polish and it doesn’t come out at all. I have very bad damage on my nail. They do not value customers in any way. They are not guests. It ripped the flesh off my nail and it was heavy for days. When I wanted to ask again by apologizing when there was something I didn’t understand, he showed a very repulsive attitude. I will not go there anymore.

I have been going to Cosmo Nail Spa for years! I get the best pedicures here that last me more than a month. I also get waxed and they are quick and do a great job. The ladies that work here are so nice and they took a hit during Covid so they could really use the business now. If you’re looking for a place to get a mani/pedi or waxing, this is your spot!

They did not prepare my nails by cutting my cuticles, trim my nails nor perform after care like dusting off and filing off gunks of acrylic residue underneath the nail. The shape was also completely off from the picture I showed. They also made one of my fingers bleed. Very disappointed would not recommend.
