Clean place. People was very nice. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was staff used same instrument on multiple clients. Didn’t notice till after my lady was almost done with me. Will stay with the hole in the wall place. They do clean instrument on everyone there.

I was thankful they were able to get me in right away for an acrylic soak off and manicure since there were no customers. The place was pretty clean. The prices are decent. They charge $2 if you use a card. The lady was planning to pry my acrylic nails off rather than soak them. She did a nice job but seemed rushed and inconvenienced especially considering I was the only one there

So I was a walk-in so I expected a wait or to have to come back but they were able to almost immediately start my pedicure which was great but once that was done things went downhill. I sat in that massage chair waiting to get my nails done my butt fell asleep and my knees locked up but fine again I’m a walk-in. The thing that got me was 3 nail techs finished and yet I had to wait for the 4th & last one to finish and decide to get me for my nails. This kid was obviously still learning as I’ve never had a full set take sooo long I mean he paid great attention to detail but every time I thought he was ready to paint my nails I was wrong…. Then he did paint them, I had asked for a French manicure but for the tips to be black…. I stopped watching when I saw he was painting more than half my nail black and then removing the color up my nail. When I did look down again I realized the tips weren’t black literally half my nail was. I know I should have said something but at this point we were going on 4 hours and he’d only done 1 hand …. As I was sitting there I also heard another customer complain about him & say she didn’t want him to do her nails ever again…. This is what I ended up with…. This pic is a week or so after so ignore the growth….
