Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI’ve been coming here for years and really like this place. Everyone that works here is friendly, it’s clean, very reasonably priced, big parking lot and they do a great job. I always just walk-in and rarely have to wait, but you can get an appointment as well. I like that it’s quiet in here, so I can listen to a podcast or get work done (or chat with the nice employees). I’ve been coming here for years and really like this place. Everyone that works here is friendly, it’s clean, very reasonably priced, big parking lot and they do a great job. I always just walk-in and rarely have to wait, but you can get an appointment as well. I like that it’s quiet in here, so I can listen to a podcast or get work done (or chat with the nice employees). I don’t live in the neighborhood, but still come here (and bonus that I can go to the Target, Trader Joe’s and other shops in the same center).

First and definitely my last time visiting this salon. I was charged $20 for one basic acrylic nail repair and polish change! Then I was told it was an additional $5 to file my nails, which is usually included with a polish change. The nail tech poorly polished my nails and left me to dry both hands with one mini fan. Then I was told I was dry and could leave after 7min in front of a fan. Yes I was the only African American patron and I definitely did not feel welcome! Horrible Experience!

Trish did a great job! She was so nice to recommend a different color similar to the one I chose, she told me it wouldn’t go on very even and I probably wouldn’t like it! Her advice was very much appreciated!! The salon itself was clean, quiet and relaxing just as I would expect. I was a bit hesitant to go here because of previous reviews, but I am very happy I gave Cosmo Nails a chance! Ask for Trish if you stop by!!

Wish I had looked at reviews before going to this business. Went for a pedicure today because the location was convenient at the time I was needing one. Their pedicure chairs are in terrible condition. The control looked like a car had driven over it and the chair barely vibrated. The buttons didn’t work to change any settings. My pedicure from start to finish was about 15 minutes. I felt like it was very basic and rushed. Barely any massaging of legs or feet. They are not necessarily cheap either – $30 when many other places charge $28. I can’t believe they can stay in business after the experience I had there.

My pedicure was done in about 20 minutes and started chipping after two days. My pedicures usually last a month or more. When I went back asking for them to re-do they said I must’ve put my shoes on too fast and were only willing to swipe more polish on top of what was coming off. They were not friendly or helpful which made the experience even worse.
