I really enjoyed my experience here! It was my first time here so I was nervous but everyone was so kind! It was a very nice atmosphere as well. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been having my nails done for over 15 years and I assure you that these people don’t know what they are doing. I wanted acrylic nails so the technician glued the tips and put the acrylic but without forming the appropriate curve on top of the nail so that it stays there for many days. The nails were long and flat. I’ve never seen that in my entire life. I very kindly informed the technician about my concerns for these very long and flat nails but she told me that there is nothing to worry about. The next day one my nails broke, the other day one more, so long story short I didn’t have any more nails within the week. So, I had to go to another place and pay again to have my nails done. I was so disappointed.

I’ve gone in here the past two times and Hy always gives me exactly what I want. They help you pick out colors, give suggestions and take their time doing your nails. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON BUT THE PROMPT WILL NOT LET ME CHOOSE NO!!!! My sister and I have been going to Cosmo nails for at least 15 years. Our last few appointments have been TERRIBLE. The last 2 times I had last appointment of the day and waited 20-25 mins to get my pedi. I understand things run late, but if I showed up 20 mins late I would have been charged and my service cancelled. Our last appt was this past Tuesday night 8/23 and BOTH of our feet are a dry mess, her polish has a dent in it from the nail tech who just put clear over it and said it would “smooth out” & my polish is chipped! It hasn’t even been 48 hours. I called to try and go in to get it fixed and the receptionist became rude and uncooperative. Trying to sell me with “we can’t guarantee regular polish but gel lasts 2 weeks”. First of all, not everyone likes or can get gel. And are you seriously trying to say that regular polish doesn’t last 36 hours because that’s how long it was until it chipped! I have a special occasion this weekend and begged to go in Saturday morning since we both WORK, but she refused. Needless to say, my sister and I will NEVER go there again. SO SO disappointed! You couldn’t fit a polish change in on a Saturday morning? It takes 10 mins, I JUST HAD A PEDICURE! I find that very hard to believe. And for $42, I expect better service. Would I have been refused if I just walked in? We will never know…. I’m completely disgusted. Do NOT go to this salon. The new owners are nothing like the previous owners who cared if their customers were happy.

This is what $38 gets you. I was told the dip looks like this because my nail underneath was uneven. So I ask you what was the point of all the buffing before the layers of dip were put on then again after? By the way she put 2 layers of base on 1 hand and then 1 on the other. She didn’t care about my experience she cared about the conversation she was having in her native tongue with the technician beside her. Another fun fact…The other technician told her client that Lee (my technician) was still on Vietnam time she was tired. Honestly I wouldn’t of cared about any of that if she did a good job. Other than horrible nails the salon is clean, they have a huge selection of polishes, shellac, gel &dip and all of the other technicians besides mine were real friendly with their clients. Also the gentleman at the front desk was very nice. That’s why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. I am just extremely disappointed that I went to what’s supposed to be a higher end salon with this result. How my intelligence was insulted by telling me my nails were the problem. I guess I hadn’t noticed until she told me that my natural nails have brush stroke marks, pock marks and apparently lumps all over them.

Great place for a pedicure and manicure. They had tons of variety of colors. It was very relaxing. My nail artist was very attentive to me and very friendly. I loved LOVED how it came out both color and design. Super clean place as well. I made a reservation online and I am very happy with the service.
