I was really looking forward to trying this place given the good reviews but personally my experience was very poor. The young lady who did my nails cut me several times and I bled on 3 of my fingers on my left hand to the point I had to immediately put bandaids on them when I got home. She took a huge chunk of my cuticle off with the clippers. You can even still see the blood coming through the bandaid on my pinky finger. I guess part of it was my fault for not telling her to stop cutting and pushing my cuticles back.

I enjoyed coming here and the nails are beautiful, but there were a couple of things that kinda offset the good parts. Several of the nails were crooked and when I pointed it out, she said it wasn’t crooked and was just going to keep going. When she was trimmimg my cuticles, she actually cut my finger and then later sprayed alcohol on it. The dremmel got so hot it hurt my fingers. That being said, the pedicure was amazing. Cosmo nail and spa has, by far, my favorite pedicures! They treat you like royalty. This last time I went in, I took my 4 year-old for her first pedicure and they were so sweet and kind to her. It made me love this place even more. Great staff. Kind people. Always book an appointment though! They are swamped!

Most amazing nail spa ever. They do not rush like every other place I have been to. I had a fill and a pedicure, I arrived at 130 and did not leave until 415. They took their time, made me feel great, and the massage that came with the pedicure was amazing. Hot stones, real oranges, real honey, milk, wax ,lotions, scrubs…just the greatest experience. The prices are fantastic as well. I set up another appointment with my daughter in two weeks. HIGHLY recommend!!!
